Leon has spent more than 30 years building businesses. He founded the digital agency Purple Cow and sold it to Yellow Pages in 2012. He ran Independent Online (IOL) as its CEO. He has judged Africa's Business Heroes (Jack Ma Foundation) in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
He has trained more than 50,000 entrepreneurs and consulted for companies like ABSA, Nedbank, Vodacom and Pam Golding Properties. And he isn't new to this town: he runs business workshops for Hermanus business owners.
